If an item is missing from your order, please contact us.
Refunds / cancellations are only permitted for orders that arrive differently than what is stated on the receipt i.e.: missing items, or incorrect items.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before we send you an order confirmation. Any attempt to cancel your order after that point will not be considered.
If you wish to cancel delivery, you must do so before the order is out for delivery. After the delivery driver leaves the restaurant, you cannot cancel delivery.
Please note, canceling delivery does not equal cancelling your order. It means that you have chosen to pick up your order yourself.
Please arrive at the appropriate time to pick up your order, so as to ensure its freshness. If you will be arriving late, please let us know as soon as possible and no later than 20 minutes prior to the original pick up time. If you arrive late, without having previously notified us, we will not be held responsible for the quality of your food. No refunds or cancellations will be permitted.
