This process applies to our restaurant-branded mobile applications, including Sakura Sushi and other applications published or operated by Tip n’ Tag, LLC.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request the deletion of your account using either of the following methods:

1. Through the Mobile Application

If the application provides an account deletion option:

1. Open the relevant restaurant mobile application.

2. Navigate to Settings or your account settings.

3. Select Delete Account.

4. Follow the instructions to confirm your request.

Please include the following information in your request:

• The name of the restaurant application you use.

• The email address or phone number associated with your account.

• A clear statement that you wish to delete your account and associated personal data.

We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request to protect your account and personal information.

What Happens When You Request Deletion?

Once we receive and verify a valid account deletion request, Tip n’ Tag, LLC will process the request and delete your account and associated personal data from our systems.

This may include:

• Your account and profile information.

• Your name, email address, and phone number.

• Saved delivery addresses and preferences.

• Other personal information associated with your account.

Certain information may need to be retained where required or permitted by applicable laws and regulations, or where necessary for legitimate purposes such as financial recordkeeping, dispute resolution, security, or fraud prevention.

Any retained information will be limited to what is necessary and kept only for the period required for those purposes.

Deletion Requests and Processing

We will review and process valid deletion requests within the timeframe required by applicable laws and regulations.

If additional information is required to verify your identity or locate your account, we may contact you using the information provided in your request.

Submitting an account deletion request does not automatically cancel any separate obligations or transactions that may need to be resolved.
